Welcome to our world of decorated cakes and confectionary arts, where creativity meets competition. Join us to explore the latest information and rules for our exciting contest. This competition is open to all skill levels. Each paid registration includes 2 entries into the competition. Additional entries can be added for $20.00.
Each Participant can enter only One division and 1 item per category. All work must be the sole work of the participant. Dummy or Styrofoam Cakes are encouraged, but the piece must be possible with real cake. Copyright materials are not allowed without written permission of the copyright owner.

Levels
Please read the following carefully. Ask the show director or Registration desk if you are unsure of the division for which you qualify. Be fair to yourself and others.
Youth - 11 to 17 years of age, who does not qualify as a professional must enter in this division.
Beginner- Any person having 0- 2 years of cake decorating or confectionery arts experience.
Intermediate - 3 - 4 years of cake decorating or confectionery arts experience.
Advanced- 5 through 7 years of cake decorating or confectionery arts experience.
Semi Professional - 8 + years of cake decorating or confectionery arts experience. Any professional who is in their 1st year of Business. Any students in culinary arts, pastry arts, or baking programs at accredited schools.
Professional - Anyone who has worked as an instructor/teacher in cake decorating or confectionery arts. Owners or employees of commercial or home-based cake decorating or confectionery arts business. Any cake decorating or sugar arts hobbyist who sells any cake or confectionery art products for more than cost.
Master- Anyone who has special accreditation beyond pastry school in the confectionery arts from organizations like the International Cake Exploration Society or the American Culinary Federation. Anyone who has authored a book or produced videos for purchase on any topic pertaining to the confectionery arts.
